to list our property for sale with Mr. David Fenster of your office. |

| As you may now be aware, we met with David yesterday evening and accepted
an offer on our home, with closing scheduled for May 1st. My husband and
I would like to take this opportunity to tell you how impressed we were
with David’s efforts on your behalf. We interviewed three agents on
Monday March 19th. After the interviews were completed, my husband and I
